All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from our workshop in Coimbatore, India. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted or sourced in small batches, we hold ready inventory to keep this promise honest — no waiting on make-to-order delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹699
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount (calculated at checkout based on your pincode)
Delivery Timelines
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India, after dispatch. You can check estimated delivery dates for your pincode directly on each product page before you order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your package in real time.
Packaging
Because we ship ceramic, wood, and other delicate home décor materials, every order is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, see our Returns Policy below.
