What are Vistora products made of?
Our pieces are handcrafted from walnut-stained wood with a smooth matte finish — made in small batches at our workshop in Coimbatore. Each one is shaped, sanded and finished by hand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from Coimbatore. Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹699. Orders below that carry a small shipping charge, shown at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across India. You can select it as a payment option at checkout.
What's your return & exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return window from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out and we'll make it right. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I care for my wooden piece?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this can affect the finish over time. Keep away from direct, prolonged sunlight where possible.
Will every piece look exactly like the photo?
Since each piece is handmade, you may notice small natural variations in grain or finish — this is part of what makes it handcrafted, not mass-produced. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
